Your relationship for billing, quotas and underlying model access is directly with EvoLink under their terms; this site does not itself sell credits or change your official account settings.

You are responsible for reviewing any generated images before using them in production, marketing or downstream products, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable intellectual property, privacy and content regulations.

4. Changes, Availability and Liability

We may update the site, supported models, or these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Nano Banana Pro / Nano Banana 2 image APIs. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
